POPEI dePUB is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to lead our team and mentor young talent as they tackle the buzz of events like Dutch Design Week, Nacht van Strijp, and music productions at the Klokgebouw and Ketelhuisplein. You'll also help elevate the quality of our service to the next level.

What will you do?
As a senior team member, you will play a vital role in our operations. You will:

Coach and train the young team during busy times.
Ensure the quality of service and hospitality remains consistently high.
Assist with daily operational tasks, from coordinating table service to optimizing bar processes.
Provide advice on improving hospitality operations.
Oversee events and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Foster a professional yet friendly atmosphere where team members and guests feel at home.

Who are you?
You have extensive experience in hospitality and know how to thrive on busy days.
You are a natural leader and enjoy helping young talent grow.
Hospitality is in your DNA, and you have a keen eye for detail.
You remain calm under pressure and handle peak moments with ease.
You thrive on organizing and coordinating well-run bars during events.
Affinity with music and events is a plus.
